Bad Bossy-Wossy! (More Funny)
Johnathan Papelbon, the Red Sox closer who won the 2007 World Series title, has a dog named Boss. Boss, who likes rawhide, went off with the winning ball and ate it. Papelbon managed to recover a tiny bit and is saving it. He said "He plays with baseballs like they are his toys." Toys, indeed!

The Curse of the Great Jerseyino (Funny)
A construction worker (and Red Sox fan) on the new Yankee Stadium in the Bronx apparently embedded a David Ortiz (Big Papi) jersey in the concrete wall of a service shaft behind a soon-to-be-restaurant. It was jackhammered out during an inspection of the corridor. The revenge of the great curse fails! (Ah, well, it was a great shot!)
